Fast play, good value
This may just be the benefit of playing during football season, but we finished our Sunday afternoon round in under 3.5 hours - which was awesome! The course itself is quite spread out and was easier than what I'm used to, but still enjoyable. The fairways and greens were very well-maintained, although the bathrooms were locked in the clubhouse at the 9th hole (in general, I really wish courses would provide more bathrooms for us ladies). Overall, I enjoyed my round here and would recommend it.
Course was in good shape
Played course on short notice while in town. Its sister course, Roster Run, was recommended for next time.
Basic golf
Portable clubhouse, ordinary conditions, no scenery
Friendly staff, good value
Course still getting its feet under it coming out of bankruptcy sale. New owner making changes and catching up on deferred maintenance. Fun course, wide open in most places for golfers of all skill levels.
Generous open fairways, #7 hole is one of the toughest you'll encounter
Course has had past challenges and am now glad to see it up & running again. It's in decent shape, some bunkers have been removed and pace & ease of play are improved. Greens and fairways were in fair to good condition. It's a good value for the price. T boxes need some attention and several water contatiners were empty along with some ball cleaners and missing towels
Fun Course
Course was enjoyable people are friendly. Will definitly play again. Great price Golf Now
don't go
This course has fallen on hard times. I paid $35 w/cart, not worth it, maybe its worth $20. Don't expect a clubhouse or any quality food. This is just for locals now and no longer worth the drive to experience a different layout.
Sand traps
The traps need more sand, so that they will be uniform and like real sand traps
