Nice course for the price on golf now.. Back nine has much trouble

Good layout, decent greens, but fairways spotty and some tee boxes not level. Still, not a bad place to get to test the new driver and get the kinks out.

Although the course did not give us range balls as advertised on Golfnow.com and charged us an additional $28.00 for balls. It was still a good value for the money. Greens held and were fast (nice condition). Fairways were rough and some of the tee boxes were unsafe from on coming groups. Yet over all not a bad old course.

Course condition will improve, I'm sure, in the spring. It's a nice course. Trap sand was good to hit from. We'll play it again.

We usually play this course at least 2 or 3 times a month. Been playing it since the 1970's. The greens are exceptionally good but the fairways are awful. They're burned out in some places and the grass is spotty at best in others. Lots of bare lies and clumps of weeds growing in numerous areas. With all the rain we've had lately we were very much surprised to see the poor conditions.

Nice course with lots of old trees, asking for an exact game. Rough relatively difficult.

Lots of mature trees and bunkers. The trees and bunkers add some needed thought to each shot. Rather it's a bunker with a high lip or a tree in the middle of the fairway or in front of the green. If you are out of position it is difficult to score well. Conditions are average, but good enough for the price. If you enjoy an old school course, give this one a try.

Greens in great shape. Played with a 3 some in three half hours.

Fairways are in poor condition Greens are good and Staff extremely friendly.

Greenskeepers need to mow the grass more often. Too many leaves on the course- I lost 3 balls when in fact they were in the fairway. I found others that other people couldn't find because of the high grass. Put Signs at each hole indicating which hole it is, yardage, etc. No cart refreshment person around. Driving range and putting ranges were good.

I currently belong to 2 courses and am considering a change. Found the course to be rewarding to those that can work their driver, as the fairways are narrow and several have trees overhanging ideal target lines. Fairways were average, greens were average and a little slow, bunkers were great although I was only in one. Overall a fair value for your money. I was surprised by the pace of play as it was relatively slow for a Tuesday afternoon. It may have been due to the two groups ahead of us as the parking lot was not half full. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and very friendly. My group enjoyed the outing.

My wife and I are seniors and though finding this course somewhat challenging we thoroughly enjoyed playing it. Fortunately the pro shop staff provided us with a guide book which we found very useful on many of the holes. The course has a lot of trees that come into play along with some strategically place bunkers and on occasion undulating terrain resulting in uneven lies. Fairway conditions were fair to good; greens were in very good shape but played extremely slow. Overall a fine golfing experience for us.

This course is nice walk in the park and though not a great course to play, certainly a nice one to look at.

Course management is needed on this tight course. The overall conditions are much improved from the summer (last time I played). Some greens still are recovering in spots, but overall a great course, especially to walk 9 holes.

The course conditions were a bit rough but having played Fallbrook many times in the past it was about what I expected, especially this time of year. The greens were actually quite nice, maybe a bit soft, but they held an approach very nicely and the speed was probably about a 9 on the stemp meter.
The fall season was evident with generous amounts of tree foliage on fairways, especially the back 9.

This could be very good golf course with its great surroundings but poor condition of the fairways made it an average golf course. Also it was very slow to play. Too many players stacked up without any time limits on plays.
