Fun layout. More traditional than most newer San Diego courses. Good value. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Narrow fairways, which is OK, but there were hardly any signages, hardly any cart paths, for first timet it is so easy to goto a wrong hole. there are no signs at tee box telling you the distance. Greens are in good condition.

I'm visiting my daughter here I'm from Ohio .Not knowing the area I got on my golf now app.I got a good deal on a T Time and headed to the course. The staff was more than friendly. Actually their Ranger Carmen offered to play with me and give me tips on the layout! Then after 12 holes he had to go and I hooked up with 3 guys behind me and had a blast .The one guy was 80 years old and carried a 4 handy cap for 40 years! I can't say enough about the guys .They really made a highlight of my vacation here!

Wonderful atmosphere and speedy pace of play. I will be playing this course at least once a month in the am. Best hole is #5, long uphill par 4 that requires a long high trajectory 2nd shot. If you can birdy this hole, you should have a great day.

the value was good. With a little TLC this could be a really great course. Several short holes but you have to be accurate to score well.

A marvelous day in Fallbrook. The course was in fine shape especially the greens. Played 18 holes as a foursome and pace of play was good.

great value for the money. drought has taken a toll

Course is in bad shape due to drought. I also found the a few greens and fairways were overly blocked by trees. Lots if holes through out the course.

I live off of hole 6, so I play here often. I rarely make a t-time, just showing up as a single, always getting out right away. Very mellow quiet course, and not long, but a bit narrow at times, and the trees cause difficulty. The T-boxes get a B+, as do the greens. The fairways are a C...no better. Don't expect a fancy course..this is a local muni, basically. But it's fun, and quirky in a fun way. Recent price increases are not warranted. The food is average, at best. ( better in the bar, not so good for dinner )

good value, interesting holes, variety of lies, fairways, many trees

Course was relatively short but proved to be challenging. A few of the greens were well protected by trees, traps etc. Our only complaint was the condition of the fairways, they were dried out outbin quite a few spots. Other than that, it was a great day to golf. I'd play again but only at a discounted rate due to the poor fairways. The staff was great though!

Unfortunately Fallbrook is starting to show the effects of the drought. The greens are in good shape but the fairways and tee boxes are starting to dry out.

For the price I will be back. Golf courses in San Deigo are not in the best condition because of the drought.

My experience was overall fair even though the course was not in good condition due to the aeration.

Sadly this course and its facilities are tired. The greens are in good shape but the fairways and tee boxes are horrible. Weeds everywhere and lots of dead grass. Almost impossible to find a ball only 2 feet off the fairway. Pace of play was very slow. No marshalls around to address that. We won't return even though the fees are low

Beautiful course, nice layout. Water has been cut drastically and many fairways are bare or hard and dry. Greens were slow but well maintained. Bunkers are not well maintained and need a good deep raking or new sand.

Fun track, old, mature trees, narrow. took my dad and son for dad's B-day, since he lives in Fallbrook, It was about 90 degrees that day. Interesting how they don't have a beverage cart or drinking water anywhere on the course, and its not posted that there is no drinking water. Dangerous in my opinion. Will be prepared next time. Will play it again , but not soon.

They should not let 5 somes out! Stuck behind one 5.5 hour round. Price was very good. Greens in good condition, especially for the price. They could use a few more people working there.

Living in the Southwest of the United States means living in drought conditions. San Diego County is the end of the water supply and the areas golf courses are truly suffering as a result of this prolonged drought.

I have played this course 4 times now and each time, the course has become increasingly drier and the ground harder.

Grass on this course seems more like Native Plants, not what you'd expect on most fairways here.

Just hard (no pun intended) to enjoy the round due to present course conditions.

Fallbrook is almost always a relaxing pleasure. Longer and more open on the front. Shorter and tighter on the back. Longer than normal, 4 1/2 hrs., but not bad for a Sunday afternoon. Once every couple of months is perfect.
