Fallbrook Golf Club

Fallbrook Golf Club is in my regular rotation. The staff is friendly and there is a nice bar and restaurant. The course itself offers a good variety of holes. It's not too long of a course, but with all of the trees lining the course, accuracy is important. Course condition could use a little love, but I must say it is in better shape than it was a couple of months ago. Go give it a shot!

This is a great place to play. The course is in great shape and the staff is friendly and happy. I brought some friends that had never played there. They loved it. The driving range is great. After your done playing stop and eat and watch some sports. The food is great.

I would recommend this course to any one! The course is in good condition, fun to play and well worth the price.

Wanted to get out and play a "new to me" course. So I hit the road for this wonderful track. The place was just outstanding, I loved the folks there and the trees and just the overall aesthetic of the course. I'll be back for sure. Even though the place was full and the play got a tad slowish from time to time, what a great place to spend an afternoon.

If you're in a hurry, I'd say go someplace else as Fallbrook would be wasted on you, but if you want to slow down a little and enjoy a round, there is no place better for atmosphere.

And now for the holes. The course has narrow places and plenty of mature trees to keep you honest. Good greens that break when they look like they should break. I was only in one bunker and I have to say it was the best sand I've hit out of in a very long time. Deep and soft. Everything you ever heard about hitting out of the sand you actually get to use here! That threw me at first as I've gotten good at picking my ball off the hard dirt in many courses bunkers. real sand, what a concept.

Yes, I'll be going back and it was a 55 mile drive for me. Worth every moment I spent in the late afternoon traffic coming home to Riverside.

Place was trash...the only good thing were the greens. Wasn't worth the $18 or the drive there

quaint and homey kind of atmosphere had a good time.

This course was described as a muni, old California course, walkable and lots of trees. It is all of that and so much more. This is a beautiful course in a wonderful setting. Like many old California courses it could use a little more maintenance, the greens were a little slow. The trees in the middle of some fairways and blocking some greens borders on unfair, but overall it is very pleasing to the eye!

Greens which are normally fast were very long and therefore very slow. Fairways were slow, in some large weed clumps indicated it had been a bit since the fairways had been manicured.

Made the course more challenging than normal, if you did not hit it long or in the air the fairways grabbed, rough was also long.

Tree's need trimming badly, leaves everywhere, had to play 9 holes and then replay same 9 due to aeration which was not previously announced, unable to find the ball due to excess leaves,

This is a friendly course for all levels of golfers. There are some challenging natural barriers and I had to swing out of a few sand traps, but the sand is soft, which is not always the case on other courses. Leaves were the biggest hazard and made finding balls difficult. A fox strolled across the course and seemed to be enjoying the day as much as we were. Wildlife, scenic views and a well-landscaped club house, are additional perks to this course.

We have played the course several times over the years but were really shocked at how beat up it was. Very little grass on fairways. Tee boxes were a mess and 6-7 of the greens were in really bad shape. Drought conditions but no excuse for letting the course get this bad.

A nice breeze kept my twosome cool all day. Fun course with a few challenging holes.

Played as a twosome. Course was well maintained and pace was fast. Some challenging fairways. A few tucked pins. Had great fun. Worth the drive. Great value.

Very nice shorter course. Greens perfect. Fairways and cart paths a bit in need of attention. Really interesting holes, especially on back nine.

Not in the best shape but many good holes including drive over road on first tee. One drive on the back evoked image of 15th at Pebble. Very nice , friendly and helpful staff. Trees strategically narrowing tee shots and approaches.

The course was not keep up. The green were very badly keep up. It was like putting on a old carpet surface. I think about October the green will be nice and green

But the fairways were very nice and while keep up. I did like the 17th hole, which is a long Par 5. It the best hole on the course..

This was a fun course. I played 36 holes in seven hours

it's a good course to go as a beginner and be able to practice your game.there are many beginners out there and so the pace of play is slow.

It was hot but the trees provided nice shade. A few of the greens need work

TEED OFF AT 9AM......NO HOLD UPS WHATSOEVER....ONLY COMPLAINT WAS RATHER SLOW GREENS, BUT THEY HOLD WEDGE SHOTS AND IRONS DOWN TO A 5 IRON. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE I!
