Good times
Great for an afternnon the with the guys or kiddos. Awsome price for all you can golf, can't be beat. Staff was very nice and curtious. I have nothing bad to say bad about this course except I wish it got dark later for more golf time.
cheap and fun, but very tight
The golf course is in good shape, it was inexpensive. It is tougher than the rating due to mature trees. Cart path are bumpy.
great value
First time playing on course it was great value for the dollar and staff was great too
Old School Thrill!!!!
The course is very well kept with exception to a few cart paths. Excellent bang for the cost. This is an old school flat course with decent length greens. Trees are very mature which adds a higher level of difficulty staying on the fairways.
liked it!!!
This course needs attention.
Course was in poor to fair condition. The greens are pitted. There were no signage on the course telling about the distances.
really good value for 18$
For 18$ this is a great value. A very adequate range, putting green, and chipping area as well
trees
The course is quite short but plays very hard. The front 9 is very tight and tree lined, so much so that your drives HAVe to perfect or you will have tree trouble on every shot. The back side is much more open
Great golf at low prices
Had a great round, got paired up with another 2some, enjoyed the company.
Great Course for the Value!
Always a great time at San Bernardino Golf Club!!!
Nice Sunday Afternoon
Got a tee time at 1.45pm on a Sunday afternoon and it was almost like have the course to myself. I didn't catch anyone until hole 12. Greens are in good condition.
Good place to play
San Bernardino Golf course is a decent place to play. It's a short track that plays more difficult than the slope rating.
A great day to play on a holiday Saturday!
The course was in pretty good shape and the pace of play was great (3 hours) for a holiday. A good value for the holiday.
Great Value
Enjoy visiting this course. Great value for the visit. Course is in descent shape. Just take some insect repellant at this time of year. Good time.
Hot but fun
Course was in very good condition considering the current drought conditiond. All fairways were very green, some almost marshy in places. Greens were fairly soft which was a surprise. Enjoyed the front 9 better than the back as we had a group of macho duffers playing from the blue tees! Took a while!
Hot as heck so not as fun
I was paired with a guy named Ray. Had a fun time as he was really a nice guy and played well.
Greens were sanded and puts were way too slow. A few 4 players were ahead and didn't let golfers play through. Slow.
Still
Good day of Golf
Amazing how lush the fairways were. Of course the greens were being aerated but they weren't bad at all. Only bad thing was some of the greens had been a little soggy in some areas with excess water. Overall course was in great condition.
play again
It is in good shape just bring your "A" game o the lay out of the golf course will eat your lunch greens are getting better some slow but good I enjoy this golf course back again.
Getting better
I've been playing this course for a few years now and it's gotten better this year. If they built cart paths it would be 10x better, but for the price it's a good course
SBGC A Fun Course to Play
The San Bernardino Golf Club is a great place for local or visitors to play. Even though the course total yards is under 6,000 the course demands accuracy due to the mature trees lining the course. The water hazards makes you stay within your limits. Traps and bunkers come into play on #11, 12 & 16. The food is very good and the staff is friendly.
The greens are getting better care and play a little slower that the average course.
There are many species of birds at this course.
Overall SBGC is a great value for the average golfer!
Has gotten better over the years
Just wanted to get out and play a round for Father's Day so myself and couple of golfing buddy decided to get out and play at San Bernardino golf club. Come to our surprise the facility, greens and fairways were all in good condition best it has been in years kudos to all the staff for keeping the facility up too par... Really enjoyed myself and had a good round definitely recommended and play again.
