The Club at Crazy Horse Ranch (previously known as Salinas Golf & Country Club) tumbles across the rolling hills of Monterey County's countryside. Opened in 1925, the course is one of the area's oldest and over the years it has come to be known as the friendliest club in the area. Originally opened as a nine-hole layout, the now-18-hole course offers a great round of classic golf but the club is hardly what you would call traditional. The course is challenging without being too intimidating for beginners. Don't be fooled by the seemingly short yardage, this golf course will thoroughly test not only your accuracy but also your shot-making skills. Mature trees line the fairways and the small greens are smooth and fast. There are also plenty of doglegs and elevation changes to keep you on your toes. You may be surprised to find yourself using all the clubs in your bag at The Club at Crazy Horse Ranch
