There are a number of things that golfers should be aware of before booking a tee-time for this course. In my opinion it's worth about $25 in the winter and maybe $40 in the summer (assuming the fairways improve in the summer). It's a very short course with several interesting 3 pars. The front nine has two holes where you're given the choice between calling it a 4 par or 5 par (it's never good to give a golfer that choice). The greens are in great shape, but the fairways are inconsistent with most of them sloping with poor grass coverage. Most of the bunkers are hard-packed dirt, there is graffiti on many of the signs along the course and the porta-potty was filthy. This course does have potential, however, but it'll take a lot more money than it appears to have.
