To use the Somax Power Hip Trainer, the golfer stands on a non-slip steel base and attaches a padded, metal hip cinch to his hips with a 2" web belt and buckle. The padded metal hip cinch is attached to a long, adjustable tube that attaches to a strong steel spring at the rear of the base.
