Shadow Course at Lost Canyons Golf Club

Lost Canyons Golf Club boasts two championship courses designed by Pete Dye and Fred Couples, the Sky Course and the Shadow Course. The club sits at the base of the White Face Mountain and shares the terrain with an abundance of wildlife including hawks, eagles, and coyotes. Both golf courses provide an equally challenging and scenic round. The Shadow Course's name comes from the interesting patterns created by the sunlight dancing across the dramatic elevation changes. The layout is wide-open so wind is definitely a factor during play. Accuracy is essential off the tees and there are also some blind shots to watch out for. The par-5 18th provides a memorable finish, which requires a long drive between two hills to a small, undulating green that is fiercely guarded by deep bunkers.
