I brought my nephew out here to hit some balls at the driving range and discovered they have footgolf. So we decided to try it. We had so much fun. Really worth the money. Thanks to Jayson for suggesting we try it.

Sad to see that this fun little 9-hole course has fallen into a state of disrepair. The fairway grass is dying or dead on every hole (no water?) and bare lies are prevalent everywhere. The greens are, well- 'green', but very uneven, bumpy and some are infested with invasive weeds, making three-putts a common occurrence. The risk-reward ninth is still one of my favorite golf holes- but not worth the price of admission with the poor course conditions. Maybe an end to California's drought will bring the course back, but it will take much effort (and money) to get there. Keeping my fingers crossed as Forebay is where my dad taught me to play and it holds a special place for many locals.
