South Course at Lake San Marcos Resort & Country Club

Lake San Marcos Resort & Country Club offers two golf courses that tumble across the coastal foothills of north San Diego County. The exclusive North Course is only open to members but the shorter South Course offers the same challenges on a smaller scale and it is open for public play. The rolling landscape provides both courses with an abundance of mature trees that come into play along the fairways. The trees accentuate the scenic man-made lake that both courses circle. The South Course is a par-58 layout that is a player-friendly option for beginners but also provides a quick, casual round for more experienced players. In addition to the two golf courses, Lake San Marcos also offers extensive practice facilities that include an all-grass driving range, a large putting green, and a short game area.
