Coyote Run Golf Course is a part of the Beale Air Force Base. It originally opened in 1968 as a nine-hole course but 20 years later it was redesigned as an 18-hole, championship course. A driving range was also added during the renovation. The hilly terrain provides the course with elevated tees and greens and the undulations can make it seem especially long. The subtle breaks in the greens can be tricky to maneuver, and they are made even more challenging with the addition of strategically placed bunkers. To balance the tougher elements of the golf course, the layout features wide, player-friendly fairways that are very forgiving. Coyote Run Golf Course might not be what you're looking for if you want a truly formidable test, but it's a fun and affordable round for players of all skill levels.
