One of the best private courses in Southern California . Not long but you must keep the ball in the fairway as the tough can be penalizing. Awesome views of hills and surrounding mountains and valleys. No driving range, they use hitting nets to warm up. Yes they have a strict dress code, most private courses do. Staff and members very friendly.

Visiting the area from Arizona and wanted to golf at this course. Went there and scheduled a tee time with the pro shop. Was willing to wait. He then told me I could NOT wear shorts with pockets on the outside. (Cargo shorts) Go figure. Of all things!!! SHORTS on a golf course!! So i said I would go back to my hotel and change to Jeans. HE then told me "denim" is NOT permitted on the course. ( I guess if my golf bag was made of denim, that would be another NO-NO) I told him I did not bring my Tuxedo so cancelled the Tee time. And I thought my HOA in Arizona was a pain!!
